Swipe NYC, is a Brookyn-based dramedy about Syd (Lisa Eldelstein) a newly divorced, empty nester who must reinvent herself in the world of “middle aged single-dom” in New York City. She throws herself into the vulnerable, scary, sexy, world of online dating. Each date serves as a metaphor of Syd picking up the pieces of her life and regaining her sense of sexuality, confidence, empowerment, and independence.
