GETTING TO MYSTIC, CONNECTICUT
By Car
Mystic is located in the southeast corner of Connecticut, directly off the I-95, exits 89 and 90. We’re less than an hour from Hartford and Providence, 2 1/2 hours from NYC, and 2 hours from Boston.
By Train
The Amtrak train is a very convenient way to get into Mystic, as it stops right in town! New London, a more frequent stop, is only 15 minutes from Mystic. Ride directly from New York City, Boston, or many other Amtrak stations in the northeast. Travel tip: book your tickets in advance for a lower fare.
By Air
If flying into the area, the Providence T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) is the closest airport to Mystic, about 45 minutes away. Other airports in the area include Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL), Tweed New Haven Airport (NHV), Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS), New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), New York City’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).

PASSHOLDER BADGES
Passholder badges will be available for pickup at the Welcome Center during the festival. Please refer to the posted hours for specific times. Note that your badge does not automatically grant admission to your film’s screening or to any other screening blocks, workshops, or panels. To attend any session, you must register individually through our Eventive ticketing site.
The Eventive platform will be accessible by early August. Once available, you’ll need to log in and reserve tickets for each screening, panel, or workshop you plan to attend. We recommend securing your spots early, as space may be limited and registration is required for all events.
The Welcome Center at Mystic Luxury Cinemas will be open during the following days and times:
Thursday, September 24th: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Friday, September 25th: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday, September 26th: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
Sunday, September 27th: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

ESSENTIAL TO-DO LIST AND PASS DETAILS FOR SELECTED FILMMAKERS & SCREENPLAY FINALISTS
Each film and screenplay selected for this year’s festival will get two complimentary passes for the festival.
To receive these passes, please send the email addresses and names of both recipients to info@mysticfilmfestival.com.
The recipients will then receive an email with their pass. Once the passes are received and tickets are on sale, each passholder MUST log into the Eventive ticketing system and reserve their space in the film blocks or workshops they wish to attend, including the one in which their film will be screened.
Each pass holder must reserve their space individually.

Saturday, September 26th: Industry Networking Event at La Grua Center from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
Sunday, September 27th: The Awards Ceremony at Mystic Luxury Cinemas from 6:30 – 9:00 pm. Please note that from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm, there is a wine reception. The ceremony begins at 7:00 pm.
There will also be networking events on Thursday and Friday evenings. Further details will be shared as the festival approaches.
