JENNIFER SCHWINDT

Jennifer Schwindt has been an event coordinator for three decades, and has made non-profit organizations like the Festival her main focus. Originally from Brooklyn, NY she moved to Canada to complete her B.A. in Sociology at the University of British Columbia.S he has lived and worked on both coasts and is now settled in Mystic with her family.

Throughout the years with her own California-based event consulting company, Jennifer organized hundreds of events, concerts, festivals and galas. She was the Director of Special Events for the Santa Barbara Film Festival for a number of years and brings her passion for theater and film to the Mystic Film Festival.

She is the former President of the International Special Events Society in Los Angeles and member of the American Advertising Federation; winning ADDY awards for her event design work.

Jennifer’s favorite clients over the years have been the Gene Autry Museum in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara County Fair, KZLA Radio, The Westerly Hospital, The Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, LA Marathon, Santa Barbara Symphony, Girl Scouts of America, United Way, Mystic Aquarium and the World’s Fair.
